Hacienda San Angel’s twelve luxury hotel suites lie within multiple villas that are connected by terraces and lush gardens. Hotel policy permits families to stay during April and July. We may permit exceptions for children 15 years and older; however, this is based on case-by-case considerations.

Pets Allowed

Hotel policy permits pets. They must stay with their owners and be well supervised and cared for.

The concierge cannot supervise or care for pets. Please let us know if you would like help making arrangements for pet care.

Accessibility

Our hotel suites can only be accessed via stairs, some suites require more stairs than others. In any case, contact us directly and we can assist in picking the room with the least amount of stairs need be. While there are stairs in the venue, all are equipped with handrails.

Our restaurant access involves a few steps with a handrail at the entrance as well as a few additional steps leading to the garden. Although we now have an elevator available to help guests reach the restaurant.

While parking space is limited, Uber and taxi services are easily accessible.
