We are thrilled to introduce Tibo, our new sanctuary of tranquility and natural beauty opening in 2026 in the breathtaking region of Drake Bay, Costa Rica. Nestled along the stunning coastline, Tibo will offer an intimate experience with just 20 bungalows with private plunge pools, each designed to capture the essence of the location with panoramic ocean views. 

The name “Tibo,” inspired by the Ngäbere word for “cool breeze “, reflects the serene and refreshing ambiance that will await our guests. Surrounded by lush tropical forests and the gentle whisper of the ocean, Tibo will be more than just a destination; it will be a retreat where nature and luxury coalesce in perfect harmony. Whether you’re seeking adventure in the nearby Corcovado National Park, Isla del Caño or simply unwinding on your private deck, Tibo promises an unforgettable escape that soothes the soul. 

Tibo offers 20 spacious, stilted bungalows, each with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and the stunning landscape of Costa Rica. The hotel features 6 Panoramic View King Rooms and 10 Ocean View King Rooms, all equipped with plush king-size beds, private pools, indoor and outdoor showers, sofa beds, and indoor lounge areas. Two of these King Rooms are interconnected, making them perfect for families and friends traveling together. Guests can also choose from 4 Double Queen Rooms, which comfortably accommodate 2-4 people. 

Each bungalow includes a minibar, mudroom, and daybeds, as well as private balconies where guests can unwind and enjoy the refreshing tropical breezes. Tibo is a true paradise, catering to everyone from nature enthusiasts and adventure seekers to those looking to immerse themselves in a magical escape. The deck offers sweeping views of Corcovado National Park and the lush jungles of Drake Bay, accompanied by the melodies of tropical birds.
